Beginners Boxing (14+)
This class is perfect for beginners who are new to boxing and eager to learn the sweet science the right way. Designed specifically for those just starting out, we’ll guide you through the fundamentals - from skipping and bag work to footwork, punch technique, and more. Enjoy learning in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment that builds your confidence and skills, so when you’re ready, you can progress to more advanced classes, such as our Intermediate Boxing sessions, with ease.
Please note: All classes require participants to bring their own boxing gloves. You’re welcome to bring your own, or we can size you up and help you purchase gloves at reception.
All Levels Boxing (14+)
Step into the ring and sharpen your boxing skills in this technique-focused session, open to all levels. Guided by our professional trainers, you’ll break down the fundamentals of boxing, from proper stance and footwork to crisp punches and defensive moves.Each class balances technical drills, partner work, and combinations designed to build confidence, precision, and rhythm. Whether you're brand new to boxing or looking to refine your form, this session will help you move, think, and train like a boxer in a supportive, high-energy environment.Please note: All classes require participants to bring their own boxing gloves. You’re welcome to bring your own, or we can size you up and help you purchase gloves at reception.
Intermediate Boxing (14+)
This class is designed for those wanting to learn more about the sweet science while pushing themselves to the limits. Dynamic warm-ups, technique drills, partner drills, pad work, and bag work exercises are created for each session. Have fun and learn boxing the right way.
Please note: All classes require participants to bring their own boxing gloves. You’re welcome to bring your own, or we can size you up and help you purchase gloves at reception.
Advanced Boxing (14+)
These sessions are only applicable for members on our Unlimited Memberships - Fighters, and cannot be booked casually. Our advanced boxing is for those who are ready to be at this level and interested in competing. Interested in learning more about our Advanced Boxing offerings? Boxer Circuit
A hybrid mix of endurance and strength that takes you through both sides of the gym. You’ll kick off on the boxing bags with warm-ups and combos to get the heart rate up, then switch to the strength zone for full-body conditioning like walking lunges, rowers, ski ergs, and more. It’s not technique training - it’s high-energy, total-body fitness designed to build stamina, strength, and grit.
Pad Tech
Pad Tech is a partner-based boxing class built around pad work, timing, accuracy, and clean technique. You’ll work through sharp combinations, movement, and conditioning while improving your boxing fundamentals in a high-energy session suitable for all levels.
Train with Tommy
Train with Head Coach Tommy in a raw, unfiltered and unplanned session. The session may be boxing, strength and conditioning, or a hybrid of both — real coaching, real intensity, and real training the way it’s meant to be.Please note: All classes require participants to bring their own boxing gloves. You’re welcome to bring your own, or we can size you up and help you purchase gloves at reception.
Strength & Conditioning
High-energy strength and conditioning sessions focused on developing power, endurance, and overall fitness. Structured in 6-week training blocks that may rotate between upper body, lower body, strength, and endurance. Suitable for all levels and designed to support and enhance your boxing performance.
Youth Term Structure & Enrolments
Kids & Teens Boxing – How Our Term Structure Works (and Why Parents Choose Boxer)
At Boxer, our Kids & Teens programs are built to give children more than just a workout. We run structured, term-based training aligned with NSW school terms so kids can build routine, confidence and real skills in a consistent, supportive environment.
Unlike casual drop-in classes, our term structure means your child:
Trains in the same session each week with the same coaches and group
Builds confidence, discipline and real boxing fundamentals over time
Progresses safely with age-appropriate coaching and structured development
Feels part of a team and community, not just another number
Learns in small, capped classes so coaches can give genuine attention and support
This structure helps kids develop physically and mentally, while giving parents consistency, accountability and a clear pathway for growth.
Because class sizes are capped and placements depend on age group and availability, all Kids & Teens enrolments are managed directly by our team rather than purchased online. This allows us to place your child in the right session for their age, experience and goals.

LITTLE PUNCHERS - Ages 6–9 years
Little Punchers introduces kids to the fundamentals of boxing in a fun, structured, and disciplined environment. Each session focuses on correct technique, basic combinations, footwork, coordination drills, and light conditioning — all taught in a way that keeps kids engaged and motivated.
Our term-based structure allows coaches to build skills progressively, helping children develop confidence, discipline, focus, and physical fitness over time. Classes also encourage teamwork, respect, and positive training habits.
Little Punchers forms the foundation of our junior boxing program and supports progression into our Teens classes as skills and maturity develop.We do welcome trials for ages under 6 years, who may be suitable for Little Punchers - please get in touch to discuss their suitability.Equipment Note

TEENS BOXING - Ages 10–16 years
Our Teens Boxing program is designed to build strong boxing fundamentals while supporting physical fitness, confidence, and mental resilience. Sessions include structured boxing technique, combinations, pad work, conditioning, and fitness - scaled appropriately for age and experience.
Running in term blocks, the program allows teens to progress consistently, refine skills, and build discipline in a supportive and motivating environment. Whether your teen is new to boxing or looking to improve their technique and fitness, classes are designed to meet them where they’re at.
This program provides a clear pathway into advanced training or adult boxing as teens continue to develop.Equipment Note
